Job Details
· Plan projects: Assist with project planning, including scoping, designing, and setting goals
· Ensure compliance: Make sure that projects follow the study protocol, regulatory requirements, and work scope
· Recruit subjects: Find and coordinate research subjects as directed through research processes
· Merchandising: Managing and executing of the merchandising objectives and reporting progress – operationalize customer rewards programs
· Resource Planning and allocation: Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
· Supplier Management: Liaise with service providers including venue owners for activations, research and merchandize
· Quality Control: Designs and implements quality control measures to ensure accurate collection and processing of data.
· Policy adherence: Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with brand and insights policies
· Documentation: Disseminating branding and insights materials with proper documentation and tracking
· Collaborative: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mainly depots, logistics, compliance and procurement to ensure smooth and efficient operations of brand and insights
· Performance Measurements: Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management and Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including budget, compliance and establish ways to improve
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in sales/marketing related field
· At least 3 years of experience in an agency set up or FMCG set up
· Previous experience in marketing or research project management
· Good organizational skills and ability to schedule and manage their own workload
· Must have strong negotiation skills and be an influencer
· Must have the experience and confidence come up with new tracking documents
